Present Simple = her zaman / rutin (Türkçe "...-r / her gün yapar"). Present Continuous = tam şu an (Türkçe "...-ıyor"). Aynı çocuk, iki farklı zaman:
- I play football every day, but now I am watching TV.Her gün futbol oynarım, ama şimdi TV izliyorum.
- She usually walks to school, but today she is taking the bus.Genelde okula yürür, ama bugün otobüse biniyor.
- We read books every night. Look! Now Gri is reading too.Her gece kitap okuruz. Bak! Şimdi Gri de okuyor.
- every day / usually gördüğünde → Present Simple (play, walk, read).
- now / Look! gördüğünde → Present Continuous (am/is/are + fiil-ing).
1. Present Simple: Her Zaman (every day)
Rutin, alışkanlık ve her zaman doğru olan şeyler için Present Simple kullanırız. Fiil sade kalır; sadece he/she/it için sona -s ekleriz:

- İşaret kelimeleri: every day, usually, always, every night → Present Simple.
- he/she/it için -s ekle: She walks. He reads.
2. Present Continuous: Şu An (now / Look!)
Tam şu an olan bir şey için Present Continuous kullanırız: am / is / are + fiil-ing. Bu, geçen ünitede öğrendiğimiz zaman:

- İşaret kelimeleri: now, right now, Look!, today → Present Continuous.
- İki parça birlikte: be + fiil-ing (am playing, is taking, are reading).
3. Sihirli Kelimeler (Signal Words)
Hangi zamanı kullanacağını sihirli kelimeler söyler! Cümleye bak, sinyali bul, sonra zamanı seç:

- every day, usually, always → her zaman → Present Simple.

4. Yan Yana Koy (Simple vs Continuous)
Aynı fiil, iki farklı zaman. Soldaki rutin (Simple), sağdaki şu an (Continuous). Farkı gör:

- Simple: sade fiil (play, walk, eat). Continuous: be + fiil-ing (am playing).
- Önce sinyali bul: every day mı, now / Look! mü?
5. Sık Yapılan Hatalar (Doğru ✓ / Yanlış ✗)
İki zamanı karıştırmak kolaydır. Sinyale bak ve doğru zamanı seç:

6. Usually... but today... (Mini Diyalog)
İki çocuk rutinlerini ve şu an ne yaptıklarını konuşuyor. Koyu kelimelere dikkat et ve iki kez oku:
- — I usually walk to school, but today I am taking the bus.Genelde okula yürürüm, ama bugün otobüse biniyorum.
- — I play football every day. But Look! Now I am reading a book.Her gün futbol oynarım. Ama bak! Şimdi kitap okuyorum.
- — My cat usually sleeps here. Now it is climbing the tree!Kedim genelde burada uyur. Şimdi ağaca tırmanıyor!
- — We eat lunch at one o'clock. Right now we are eating apples.Öğle yemeğini saat birde yeriz. Tam şu an elma yiyoruz.
- "I am walking every day." ✗ → "I walk every day." ✓ (rutin = Simple).
- "Look! She plays." ✗ → "Look! She is playing." ✓ (şu an = Continuous).

Hi! I am Ada. Every day I walk to school with my brother Emir. We usually eat breakfast at seven o'clock. But today is a special day!
Look! Now we are not walking to school. Today we are going to the zoo! I am wearing my new red hat and Emir is eating an ice cream. Mum usually drives a small car, but today she is driving a big blue bus.
I love the zoo very much. Every week I read about animals, but today I am seeing them for real! The bus is big and blue, and it is very fast. Emir usually eats breakfast at home, but now he is eating a cold ice cream on the bus. We are laughing and we are singing together.
