Bir kişi ya da şeyin adını tekrar etmemek için zamir kullanırız. İşi yapan özne zamiridir (I, he, she). İşten etkilenen ise nesne zamiridir (me, him, her). Sahiplik için de küçük kelimeler var (my, his, her):
- I like her.Onu severim. (I = özne, her = nesne)
- She loves me.O beni sever. (She = özne, me = nesne)
- This is my ball. That is her doll.Bu benim topum. Şu onun bebeği. (sahiplik)
- Cümlenin başında, işi yapan → özne: I, he, she, we, they.
- Fiilden ya da to/with/for'dan sonra → nesne: me, him, her, us, them.
- İsmin önünde sahiplik → my, your, his, her, its, our, their.
1. Object Pronouns (Nesne Zamirleri)
İşten etkilenen kişi ya da şey için object pronoun kullanırız. Her özne zamirinin bir nesne biçimi vardır:

2. Possessive Adjectives (Sahiplik Sıfatları)
Bir şeyin kime ait olduğunu söylemek için ismin önüne sahiplik sıfatı koyarız: my ball, his name, their dog.

- Sahiplik sıfatı her zaman bir ismin önünde gelir: my ball, her doll.
- I → my, he → his, she → her, we → our, they → their.
3. Nesne Zamiri Ne Zaman? (After a Verb / a Preposition)
Object pronoun'u iki yerde kullanırız: fiilden sonra ve to / with / for / at gibi kelimelerden sonra:

- "Give it to me" ✓ (❌ Give it to I).

4. his / her / its (Kimin? — Cinsiyet)
Sahibin erkek, kız ya da hayvan/nesne olmasına göre doğru sahiplik sıfatını seçeriz:

- Sahip erkekse → his. Kızsa → her. Hayvan/nesne ise → its.
- Dikkat: bak topun kimin, sahibin cinsiyetine göre seç.
5. Sık Yapılan Hatalar (Doğru ✓ / Yanlış ✗)
Özne ve nesne zamirlerini karıştırmak kolaydır. Doğru biçimi seç:

- İşi yapan → özne (I, she, they). Etkilenen ya da to/with'ten sonra → nesne (me, her, them). İsmin önü → sahiplik (my, her, their).
6. Whose Toy? (Mini Diyalog)
İki çocuk oyuncakları konuşuyor. Koyu kelimelere dikkat et ve iki kez oku:
- — Is this your ball? — No, it isn't my ball. It is his ball.— Bu senin topun mu? — Hayır, benim topum değil. Onun (erkek) topu.
- — Where is Elif's doll? — Here! Give it to her, please.— Elif'in bebeği nerede? — Burada! Onu ona ver, lütfen.
- — Do you know those children? — Yes, I know them. They are my friends.— O çocukları tanıyor musun? — Evet, onları tanıyorum. Onlar arkadaşlarım.
- — This is our room. Play with us!— Burası bizim odamız. Bizimle oyna!
- "Give it to I" ✗ → "Give it to me" ✓ (to'dan sonra nesne).

Hi! I am Deniz. This is my family. I have a brother. His name is Kaan, and I love him! We have a big toy box in our room. It is red and blue. We open it every morning.
Our room is big and bright. I like my bed and Kaan likes his bed. My blanket is green and his blanket is yellow. We keep our toys in the big box. Mum helps us and she loves her two boys. We tidy the room together and I love my brother Kaan very much.
The red ball is my ball. I always play with it. The blue car is Kaan's — it is his car. He plays with it every day. It is fast, and I like his car too.
