Şu anda giydiğimiz kıyafeti anlatmak için am / is / are + wearing kullanırız. wear "giymek" demektir. Sonra bir renk ve bir kıyafet ekleriz:
- I am wearing a red hat.Kırmızı bir şapka giyiyorum. (I → am)
- She is wearing a blue dress.Mavi bir elbise giyiyor. (She → is)
- They are wearing green socks.Yeşil çorap giyiyorlar. (They → are)
- I → am. He / She / It → is. You / We / They → are.
- Sonra hep wearing gelir: I am wearing, she is wearing.
- Renk önce, kıyafet sonra: a red hat, a blue dress.
1. am / is / are (Doğru Yardımcıyı Seç)
Önce özneye bakıp doğru kelimeyi seçeriz: am, is ya da are. Sonra hep wearing gelir:

2. Renkler (Colours)
Kıyafetleri anlatmak için renkleri öğrenelim. Renk, kıyafetin önüne gelir: a red hat, blue socks:

- Renk önce, kıyafet sonra: a green hat ✓ (hat green ✗).
- Daha çok renk: black (siyah), white (beyaz), pink (pembe).

Hangi öznede hangi kelime? İşte kolay tablo. Sadece özneye bak:

4. Olumsuz (not wearing)
"Giymiyorum / giymiyor" demek için kelimeden sonra not ekleriz. is not = isn't, are not = aren't:

5. What are you wearing? (Soru + Kısa Cevap)
"Ne giyiyorsun?" diye sormak için What are you wearing? deriz. "Mı/mi" sorusu için Are / Is başa gelir:

İki arkadaş fotoğrafa bakıyor ve kim ne giyiyor konuşuyor. Koyu kelimelere dikkat et ve iki kez oku:
- — What are you wearing today? — I am wearing a red hat and a blue T-shirt.— Bugün ne giyiyorsun? — Kırmızı bir şapka ve mavi bir tişört giyiyorum.
- — Is your sister wearing a dress? — Yes, she is. She is wearing a green dress.— Kız kardeşin elbise mi giyiyor? — Evet. Yeşil bir elbise giyiyor.
- — Are they wearing coats? — No, they aren't. It is sunny today.— Ceket mi giyiyorlar? — Hayır. Bugün hava güneşli.

- "They is wearing hats" ✗ → "They are wearing hats" ✓ (çoğulda are).
- "I is wearing a coat" ✗ → "I am wearing a coat" ✓ (I → am).

Hello! I am Emma. Look at our photo! Today is a special day. We are at a big party, and everyone is wearing nice clothes.
It is my cousin's birthday party. The party is at a big hall with balloons and flowers everywhere. Everyone is smiling for the photo. The photographer says, "Say cheese!"
