Bir hobiden ya da aktiviteden bahsederken like (hoşlanmak), love (çok sevmek), hate (nefret etmek) ve enjoy (keyif almak) kullanırız. Bu fiillerden sonra ikinci fiile -ing ekleriz:
- I like playing football.Futbol oynamayı severim. (like + playing)
- She loves reading comics.Çizgi roman okumayı çok sever. (love + reading)
- They hate getting up early.Erken kalkmaktan nefret ederler. (hate + getting)
- We enjoy watching videos.Video izlemekten keyif alırız. (enjoy + watching)
- Kalıp: özne + like/love/hate/enjoy + fiil-ing.
- İkinci fiil daima -ing alır: "I like swim" ✗ → "I like swimming" ✓.
1. love > like > hate (Ne Kadar Seviyorsun?)
Bu fiiller bir aktiviteyi ne kadar sevdiğini gösterir. Genç hobilerinle (music, sport, gaming) birlikte kullan:

- Hepsinden sonra -ing gelir: love/enjoy/like/hate + fiil-ing.

2. -ing Nasıl Yazılır? (Spelling)
Fiile -ing eklerken üç kural vardır. Bu tabloyu bir kontrol listesi gibi kullan:

- "dance" → dancing (e düşer), "swim" → swimming (m iki kez).
- "makeing" ✗ → "making" ✓. "swiming" ✗ → "swimming" ✓.
3. He / She + -s (Present Simple)
Present Simple'da özne he, she, it ise fiile -s ekleriz. Bu, like/love/hate/enjoy için de geçerlidir:

- he/she/it → fiile -s: love → loves, enjoy → enjoys.

4. Olumsuz & Soru (don't/doesn't & Do/Does)
Olumsuz için don't / doesn't, soru için Do / Does kullanırız. Ana fiil yalın kalır, hobi fiili yine -ing alır:

- he/she/it → doesn't / Does; diğerleri → don't / Do.
- "Does she likes?" ✗ → "Does she like?" ✓ (Does'tan sonra fiil yalın).
5. Sık Yapılan Hatalar (Common Mistakes)
-ing ve -s'i karıştırmak kolaydır. Bu tabloyu bir kontrol listesi gibi kullan:

- Kalıp: like/love/hate/enjoy + fiil-ing. he/she/it ise fiile -s (loves), olumsuzda doesn't, soruda Does. Does/doesn't'tan sonra fiil yalın kalır.
6. Birlikte Görelim (Two Friends Chat)
İki genç hobilerini konuşuyor. Koyu yazılan like / love / hate / enjoy + -ing biçimlerine dikkat et ve iki kez oku:

Hi! I am Ceren and I am fifteen. After school my friends and I do very different things. I love music, so I listen to songs every day. My best friend Kaan loves sport. He plays football with his team on Saturdays, and he enjoys watching matches on TV too.
I have a lot of free time after school. My school finishes at three o'clock. Then I go home and I do my homework. After my homework, I listen to music in my room. I love pop music, and I also like rock music. My phone is always with me, and I make new playlists every week. Sometimes I sing, but I am not very good! Music makes me happy after a long school day.
Kaan is my best friend, and he is fifteen too. He loves football very much. He plays in the school team, and the team is very good this year. On Saturdays, Kaan gets up early and he goes to the football field near his house. He plays for two hours with his friends. He likes running fast, and he enjoys scoring goals. In the evening, he is often tired, but he is very happy. Football is his big hobby.
My sister Elif likes drawing. She draws every evening in her room, and she also enjoys taking photos with her phone. She hates getting up early, so at the weekend she sleeps late. I understand her, because I hate mornings too!
Elif is my little sister, and she is thirteen. She is very good at drawing. She draws animals, people, and flowers in a big notebook. Her favourite colour is blue, so many of her pictures are blue. She likes taking photos too. She takes photos of the sky, the trees, and our cat. At the weekend, Elif does not get up early. She stays in her warm bed, and she sleeps for a long time. She says the weekend is for resting.
Our friend Deniz loves video games. He plays games online with people from other cities, and he really enjoys it. His mum doesn't like his long hours on the computer, but Deniz says gaming is his hobby. He doesn't like football at all.
Deniz is a boy in my class, and he is very friendly. He loves video games, and he plays every day after school. He has many online friends, and they play together in the evening. Deniz talks to them with his headphones, and he laughs a lot. He is very happy when he wins a game. His mum wants him to go outside more, but Deniz likes his computer. He does not like sport, and he does not play football with us.
Some students in my class love reading. They read books at lunchtime, and they enjoy talking about stories. Others prefer dancing or singing. My cousin Su loves dancing, and she practises new videos from social media every night.
My class is big, and everybody likes different things. Two boys love singing, and they are in the school music club. One girl loves reading books about space and stars. My friend Mert enjoys cooking, and he makes small cakes for his family. Su is my cousin, and she is a very good dancer. She learns new dances from short videos, and then she teaches them to me. We dance together in her room after school, and it is a lot of fun.
I don't like doing the same thing every day. On Mondays I go swimming, on Wednesdays I enjoy cooking with my mum, and on Fridays I meet my friends in the park. We chat, we laugh, and sometimes we play basketball.
My week is always busy, and every day is a little different. On Tuesdays I read comics, and on Thursdays I watch films with my family. I like new games and new ideas, so I try something different every day. Sometimes my friends come to my house, and we play games and eat snacks together. We talk about school, music, and films. My mum makes tea for us, and we laugh a lot. Free time with friends is the best part of my week.
Free time is important for teenagers. It helps us relax after a long day of lessons. Some people like quiet hobbies, like reading or drawing at home. Other people love active hobbies, like sport or dancing with friends. Many of us also enjoy sharing our hobbies online, and we like watching short videos on our phones.
