By accessing the platform or creating an account, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, please do not use the platform.
Gri English; Digital SAT, IELTS, TOEFL, YDS/YÖKDİL, YDT, IB ve benzeri sınavlara hazırlık için Türkçe açıklamalı soru bankası, deneme sınavları, konu anlatımları, yazma pratiği, canlı ders (Gri Meet) ve öğretmen–öğrenci sınıf araçları sunan çevrim içi bir eğitim platformudur. İçerik ve özellikler eğitim amaçlıdır; herhangi bir sınavdan belirli bir puan veya sonuç garantisi vermeyiz.Gri English is an online education platform that offers, for preparation for the Digital SAT, IELTS, TOEFL, YDS/YÖKDİL, YDT, IB and similar exams, a question bank with Turkish explanations, mock exams, topic lessons, writing practice, live lessons (Gri Meet) and teacher-student class tools. The content and features are for educational purposes; we do not guarantee any particular score or result on any exam.
Platformun önemli bir bölümü ücretsiz kullanılabilir. Bazı ileri özellikler ve içerikler premium abonelik veya Gri Token ile sunulur. Premium erişim ve token satın alımları Shopier üzerinden gerçekleşir; kart bilgileriniz tarafımızca görülmez ve saklanmaz. Satın alınan premium erişim, ilgili paketin süresi boyunca geçerlidir. Dijital içeriğin anında sunulması nedeniyle iadeler ilgili tüketici mevzuatı ve satın alma sırasında belirtilen koşullar çerçevesinde değerlendirilir. Fiyatlar ve paket içerikleri önceden bildirilerek güncellenebilir; mevcut aboneliğinizin süresi değişiklikten etkilenmez.A significant portion of the platform can be used free of charge. Some advanced features and content are offered with a premium subscription or Gri Tokens. Premium access and token purchases are made through Shopier; your card details are neither seen nor stored by us. Purchased premium access is valid for the duration of the relevant package. Because digital content is delivered immediately, refunds are assessed within the framework of the relevant consumer legislation and the conditions stated at the time of purchase. Prices and package contents may be updated with prior notice; the duration of your existing subscription is not affected by the change.

Platformdaki özgün sorular, açıklamalar, konu anlatımları, deneme sınavları, tasarım ve yazılım dahil tüm içerik Gri English'e veya lisans verenlerine aittir ve telif hakkı ile korunur. Kişisel ve eğitim amaçlı kullanım için size sınırlı, devredilemez bir kullanım hakkı tanınır. Bu hak, içeriği yeniden yayımlama, satma veya türev çalışma oluşturma iznini kapsamaz. Üçüncü taraf sınav adları (SAT, IELTS, TOEFL vb.) ilgili kuruluşların ticari markalarıdır; platformumuz bu kuruluşlarla bağlantılı veya onlar tarafından onaylanmış değildir.All content on the platform, including the original questions, explanations, topic lessons, mock exams, design and software, belongs to Gri English or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You are granted a limited, non-transferable right of use for personal and educational purposes. This right does not include permission to republish, sell or create derivative works from the content. Third-party exam names (SAT, IELTS, TOEFL, etc.) are trademarks of the respective organizations; our platform is not affiliated with or endorsed by those organizations.
Yazma pratiği, ödev yanıtları veya ses kayıtları gibi platforma yüklediğiniz içeriğin size ait olduğunu ve paylaşma hakkına sahip olduğunuzu beyan edersiniz. Bu içeriği yalnızca hizmeti sunmak, değerlendirmek ve geliştirmek amacıyla işleriz; ayrıntılar için Gizlilik Politikası sayfamıza bakın.You represent that the content you upload to the platform, such as writing practice, assignment answers or audio recordings, belongs to you and that you have the right to share it. We process this content only to provide, assess and improve the service; for details, see our Privacy Policy page.
Platform; barındırma ve kimlik doğrulama için Supabase, e-posta için Resend, canlı ders için LiveKit, ödeme için Shopier ve ölçümleme için Google gibi hizmet sağlayıcıları kullanır. Bu hizmetlerin kendi koşulları geçerli olabilir.The platform uses service providers such as Supabase for hosting and authentication, Resend for email, LiveKit for live lessons, Shopier for payments and Google for measurement. These services may have their own terms.
Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur. İçeriğin doğruluğu için azami özeni gösteririz; ancak resmî sınav kurulları içeriklerini güncelleyebilir. Sınav biçimi, kelime sınırları ve kurallar için her zaman ilgili sınavın güncel resmî rehberini esas alın. Platformun kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağını garanti etmeyiz. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, hizmetin kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamayız.The service is provided "as is". We take the utmost care for the accuracy of the content; however, official exam boards may update their content. For exam format, word limits and rules, always rely on the current official guide of the relevant exam. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
Özellikleri geliştirmek, değiştirmek veya kaldırmak; bu Koşulları ihlal eden hesapları uyararak ya da gerektiğinde derhal askıya almak veya kapatmak hakkımızı saklı tutarız.We reserve the right to improve, change or remove features; and to suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms with a warning or, when necessary, immediately.
Bu Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Koşullardan doğabilecek uyuşmazlıklarda Türkiye mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir.These Terms are subject to the law of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes that may arise from the Terms.
Bu Koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişikliklerde bu sayfadaki "son güncelleme" tarihini yeniler, gerektiğinde kayıtlı kullanıcıları bilgilendiririz.
