First: while studying, students are often alone. When they are at home facing a question after class, there is no one to ask the question on their mind. Second: teachers often have no digital system to relieve this loneliness. Tracking, one by one, who has solved how much of an assignment, which student is stuck where, and who needs support on which topic is nearly impossible.
